Recipe of the Week# 104- Vegetable Soup

 

Vegetable Soup
1 lb beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cans beef bouillon
2 large cans diced tomatoes
1 cup each: potatoes, celery, carrots, frozen corn, Lima beans
1 1/2 Tbsp Italian herbs
1-2 cups water
lots of salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce

Brown beef with garlic. Drain. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2-2 hours.

This is a delicious and soup-er easy soup to make. There was enough left over after our family dinner that my hubby had it for lunch for a few days- and he enjoyed every bite!
