Recipe of the Week #199- Chicken Noodle Casserole


Chicken Noodle Casserole
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 pkg frozen peas, carrots, corn, and beans
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
2 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Cook noodles according to package instructions. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Drain noodles and add to the bowl. Place in 8"x 8" cooking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes.

I love good casseroles. I make them year round, though winter seems to just be the best season for them. This one is easy and is so tasty!
