Recipe of the Week #119- Fiesta Ranch Dip

 

 

Fiesta Ranch Dip

1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip

10 oz can Rotel Original, drain liquid

16 oz sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Mix ingredients together. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Eat with tortilla chips or Fritos.

 

optional: add 1 can corn

 

This dip is fantastic! Once you start eating it, it's hard to stop. If you're needing a dip to take to a party, try this one. It will be a hit!
