Mini Album Monday #25-Lucky Album

St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner, so I thought I'd show you a Lucky themed album
that I made in honor of this holiday.

I started by using a tin to keep the album in. The tin measures 3"x 4 1/4".
I covered it with four leaf clover paper (attached with a Tombow glue stick)
and added a charm that says Lucky.
It's held closed with a green ribbon.

The ribbon slides off and so the lid can be removed. Inside is this little album.
For the pages, I used five paint chips in different shades of green.
The paint chips measure 2 3/4" x 4".
I rounded the corners so they would fit smoothly in the tin.

On each paint chip, I adhered a small strip of green pattern paper.

On each page, I enclosed a photo along with a small tag stating why I'm lucky.

I used a few small embellishments, mostly in green.

I used a hole punch in the upper left corner of each paint chip and used a
small green ball and chain to bind the pages.

The final page has a large tag that says, "For all these reasons and so many more,
I thank God that I'm such a lucky girl!"

The back is covered with green pattern paper and a clover that I cut out of mulberry paper.

If you'd like to make a mini album, this one is an easy one to make.
The pages are paint chips. All you need to do is cover the backs of them with pattern paper.
Then add a small strip along the center of the front of each paint chip.
Add your photos with a little tag.
Embellishments are optional.
Even the journaling is easy because you're just listing things that make you lucky.
You can even skip the tin to store it in.
Doesn't that sound easy?!?
Makes you want to swing by the nearest Home Depot paint counter, huh?

Thanks so much for stopping by and God bless.

The Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you

What adhesive did you use to adhere the paper to the outside of the tin? Cute album. Love the idea!! Only I would rather say that I am BLESSED than lucky!!
