Monster Cookies
1 stick of butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 1/2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup M and Ms
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour. Add peanut butter, then oats. Finally, add the rest.
Place by tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes until lightly browned.
These cookies are so delicious! The mix of peanut butter, M and Ms and oatmeal is fantastic. I made these when my boys had friends over, so five teenage boys can vouch for how great these are!
Thanks so much for stopping by and God bless.
For you, Lord, have made me glad through Your work;
I will triumph in the works of Your hands.
