Recipe of the Week #167- Banana Bread

Banana Bread
1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
1 3/4 oz box instant banana pudding
1 cup water
1/4 cup veggie oil
4 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla

Beat eggs until pale and thick. Add cake mix, pudding mix, oil and water. Mix well. Fold in mashed bananas. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

I actually was able to make three loaves from this mix. It's a tasty and moist bread. Banana bread doesn't last long around this house!
