Whew, has it been a day!
It's our first day out of school, so I was thinking that I was due for some relaxing.
But I guess I wasn't. I haven't sat still since I woke up this morning.
Hence my late post this evening.
In the middle of my running today, I did squeeze in a very quick visit to a thrift store.
It was worth my while. Check out the gems I found. . .
When I spotted this old military medic bag, I knew I had to have it.
Especially when I saw that it was only $2.
The red cross was hand painted.
Here's the back.
I'm not sure how old it is.
Fun fact: I was actually a medic in the Army for four years.
The official title of my job was Combat Medical Specialist.
No, I didn't carry a cute bag like this:)
Check out this cool bottle.
I'm not for sure if it was a wine bottle or an olive oil bottle.
I was intrigued by its shape and the writing on the front.
It cost $1.25.
Come back tomorrow and see what I did with it.
My last purchase is not as unique.
It's six mini styrofoam balls that cost a quarter.
This is my second six pack of these that I've picked up.
One or two more packs and I'll have enough to make a cute fabric ball bunting.
I only paid $3.50 for this stuff.
Definitely worth the stop.
Thanks for stopping by and God bless.
As for me, I will call upon God, and the Lord shall save me.
