Recipe of the Week #137- Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

1 3lb beef brisket
1 pkg (1 oz) onion soup mix
1 can beef broth
8 sandwich buns

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Place beef in cooker. In a small bowl, mix the soup mix and broth. Pour over beef.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Skim fat from liquid. Remove beef and cut across the grain into thin slices or shred the beef.
Serve on sandwich buns with the broth for dipping.

This is the BEST French Dip sandwich I've ever had- even those I've eaten at restaurants!
It made for an easy and delicious meal. We'll be having this on a regular basis around here:)

Thanks for stopping by and God bless.

nor are there any works like Your works.
