2 jars salsa
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, drained
Pour salsa, beans, and corn into slow cooker. Add the chicken, making sure that it's covered. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken and shred. Place back into the juices.
Serve in taco shells.
This was very good. I had used homemade salsa in mine, but I think next time I'll try store bought salsa. This meat made for some yummy tacos, and I'll be using the leftovers to make taco salad.
Thanks for stopping by and God bless.
And just as you want men to do to you,
you also do to them likewise.
