Recipe of the Week#160-Crock Pot Beer Chicken

Crock Pot Beer Chicken
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle/can of beer
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper

Place the chicken in the Crock Pot. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients, then pour over the chicken. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

I shredded my meat then placed it back into the juices before serving.

This made a very tasty meat. We ate it on slider buns. This is a repeat recipe at my house!
