Recipe of the Week #87- Donut Muffins

Donut Muffins
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1  1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 3/4 cups flour

Topping:
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon

Mix oil, sugar, egg, and milk together. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Fill 12 muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Melt the butter in a separate bowl. Coat the top of each muffin with melted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

These are a favorite at our house! My boys absolutely love them! This is a quick, easy, and fun breakfast.

Thanks for stopping by and God bless.
