Recipe of the Week #101- Peanut Butter Balls

Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup butter
2 lbs powdered sugar
8 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 pack chocolate Candi Quik or chocolate almond bark

Melt butter. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until you reach a consistency that will stay together in a ball. Roll dough into balls.
Melt chocolate. Using a fork for balance, dip peanut butter balls in melted chocolate. Place on wax paper to dry.

These truly are one of my favorite treats! I keep them in the fridge which makes them even better!
