Easy Stuffed Jalapenos
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cut off stems, then cut the peppers in half. Remove the seeds.
In a bowl, mix the cheeses. Fill each pepper half with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
These are a super easy appetizer to make. My hubby loves anything jalapeno, and these are a new favorite of his!
