Spring "Wreath" DIY

Can you believe that we've had weather in the 80's all week?
We actually hardly had a winter in this part of Texas.
With all this sunshine, I thought it was time for a new spring-y wreath for our front door.

I had some small flower bouquets that I had picked up for cheap at a yard sale.
I bunched two together and placed them in this small burlap gift bag.
I got the bag in the craft section at Walmart.

Then I finished it off with a large pink bow.
I used pink hem facing that I bought at the thrift store.
I chose it for this bouquet because of the color and the width.

Then I looped a rubber band through two flowers on the back of the arrangement
to make a hook that would attach to the wreath hanger.

I love that it's not the typical wreath.
It gives our door just the pop of spring, I think.

I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

Thanks for stopping by and God bless.

I will say of the Lord,
"He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust."
Psalm 91:2
