Recipe of the Week #13- Poppy Seed Cake

Poppy Seed Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup dry sherry
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Mix together all the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in a Bundt pan for 40-50 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

     This is another old family favorite-it was my mother-in-law's recipe. Every year my husband asks for this for his birthday. It's an easy recipe and it's oh-so-good!

The cake sounds delicious. Think I'll save it and maybe try it this weekend. (Its not often I find recepies where all the ingridienses are easy to find in Norway :)
