Recipe of the Week #74- Baked Ravioli

Baked Ravioli
1 bag (25 oz) frozen ravioli
1 jar (26 oz) marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9"x 13" baking dish.
Spread 3/4 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange half the raviolis in a single layer. Top with half the remaining sauce and half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers once. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for 10-15 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes before eating.

This is such a quick dinner because it calls for frozen ravioli. I made it one night when my boys had friends over and it was a big hit! We'll be making this again soon.
