Orange Dreamsicle Sugar Scrub DIY

Remember the orange dreamsicles we used to get off the ice cream trucks when we were little?
This sugar scrub smells just like them!

Orange Dreamsicle Sugar Scrub
30 drops orange essence oil
3 tsp vanilla extract
4 tsp vitamin E
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup grape seed oil

Mix the vanilla, orange oil, and vitamin E.
In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and liquid mixture.
Slowly add the grape seed oil until you reach the desired consistency.

Place in an airtight container and use within a month.

This scrub can be used on hands, arms, feet, and elbows.

Sugar scrubs always make such nice gifts.
I'm thinking of making this for my co-workers for Christmas.

I hope you all have a lovely weekend!
Thanks so much for stopping by and God bless.

This is the day the Lord has made;
we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Chocolate Sugar Lip Scrub DIY

You've got to try this sugar scrub-
it's a lip scrub and it's chocolate flavored!

Chocolate Sugar Lip Scrub
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/3 cup grape seed oil
Just add the ingredients together and stir.
To use: apply a small amount to your lips and gently rub in a circular motion for about a minute.
Wipe or lick off. Store in an airtight jar and use within a month.
I know that I get chapped lips- especially in cold weather. This scrub softened them right up!

If you put this in a cute jar and add a label, it would make a darling gift!

Thanks so much for stopping by and God bless.
I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the Lord
and the praises of the Lord

Easy Sugar Scrub DIY

I love it when my hands are soft, but cold weather really does a number on my skin!
Especially with how often I wash my hands.
I've found something easy that I can do to help keep my hands smooth. . .

sugar scrubs!
This one is a coconut lime sugar scrub.

This is so easy to make and would be a great gift idea.

To make some, you'll need:'
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup sugar
zest and juice from one lime
5 drops of coconut fragrance

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.
Add sugar, lime juice, lime zest, and stir until blended.
Add coconut fragrance and mix well.
Place in an airtight container and use within one month.

To use: scoop out a handful and rub on hands, arms, feet, and elbows.

If you decide to give this as a gift, just wrap a ribbon around the lid and place a label on it.

This will make you smell and feel great!

Thanks for stopping by and God bless.

and His righteousness endures forever.
